Here is a program that will allow you to make mob spawns and save time.
Credits are included in the program as well as instructions. This was made for LOTF. Screen shot provided below.

This is the exact same thing as in adding it to MySQL. If you would make a real mobspawn query, make it to a base coordinate then split monsters up by range and amount.

Its different. This is not a stupid organizer. This is something that is much easier for people to insert in mob queries. If I had more time I would organize it, make it auto insert. show data stuff like that. but I do not have time and the only purpose was to do what it does.

...If you downloaded the program and clicked help it would tell you :D but anyway...

1.) Fill out the fields. this is for LOFT when you add a mobspawn if you dont know how to add a mobspawn ask someone who does ( well anyone who will tell you since youve been a bit rude )...You can put it anywhere you want lol. Just fill it out copy and paste the query and put it in your query box and click go.
