it's because of the event?! when he is sick with 0 points or wtv , you can't sunk no one ...

It's a BigPoint bug. When a player has 0 hit point, he can't attack other players (or Cadoc) and he can't be attacked.
If you have 0 hit point, just use a "25 hp-charm" and you will be able to repair.
