I'd like to know what thse npcs give if i shoot them alone

Vain Alphonse
Perfumed Odette
Graceful Marcelle
The Merciless Admiral
Fat Jaques

In addition how much the dragon will cost or design if anyone have a clue will be helpful :)

cost in cannonballs ( soul eater ) 70 000
profit ------ 0
Souls 291 cursed
Gems from lvl 1 - 5 , more hp to took more gems u get

Vain Alphonse :

HP 15 000 000
Cost in ammo : Hollows
Profit : 15 k souls ammo if u hit it solo
Souls -----0
Gems----- 0
Hit it with hollows to make more ammo.

Greacefull Marie :
HP 120 000 000
Cost in ammo ( soul ) : 120 - 140k
Profit : -----0
Souls : 400 Rads if u solo it
Gems from lvl 1 - 5 , more hp to took more gems u get
