Hey guys,
Need a bit help.
SO i got an order for league of legends, He sent me the money and i need to send money to the booster, and i can't. I already have 65$ and it says please add founds. They are even at my avaible balance. When i want to refund the guy who sent me i can't either. I can't do anything with them. Could anyone help?

Call the Support. Maybe they got some problems over there.
