load screen freeze

when i start the Archlord Client he freeze on the Load Screen

screen from Task Manager

system:

win 8.1
enough ram
grafik: geforce gtx 680
Cpu: i7 3770k


re install dont work
Anti Virus off dont work
start with Admin dont work
start with compatibility win xp dont work
