Hello, my dear epvp'ers. I wanted to ask how can I get some TBM rating up if im not selling anything. Tho like every member of forum looks at it. Actually i don't mind that I have it on 0/0/0, but some members doesn't offer payment via paypal if it is on 0/0/0.

You still get a rating regardless or being the buyer or seller. Any trade you do you can recieve a rating from your partner :)
