[HELP]Why my db not working?

Anybody can help me with my db problem when I open navicat all work but theres a problem with my and account db...It Happen To All Table

use the repair icon, go to the account right click it, mantage tables, then click repari table and theres repair and extened repari, choose whichever one, u might have to do this for all of em if there all messed up, thank me if i helped

but it says the db corrupt...
I also already try download phdev,necron database and more but still says corrupt...
I`m using Xampp 1.7.0
