Edxloader5 stop working help pls

Hi guys.
every time i try to open my edxloader5
it will auto close on me.
and a message appear say
EdxSilkroadloard5 has stoped working.
any idea how to fix this problem?
please tell me if u know

Probably your loader is infected. Try and re-extract the loader from its original zip folder.
