[HELP] How to 1 IP 1 VOTE

Can someone please help me to make the 1 IP for 1 VOTE??
To prevent using of dummy accounts just to vote and spam :)

Are you a votesite provider?

Maybe it is not efficient to make this... I mean, after a short router restart, the client recieves a new IP...

Just change the query where the Votelogs are received.

I did a small post how this can be made in that thread by Cyu..something. I think it was the one about the Sapphire Homepage in the release section.

Just do vote by account not by IP , because they can simply use proxy / restart router
