atm probably smartcc because of logic (even though heartcrawlers dragoncc logic isnt that bad. Dragoncc got over 20 people to Legendary rank. 1 guy got even to rank 100 with the hearthcrawler bot).
I would suggest you hearthcrawler because the developer is working all the time on improvements for it. Atm they work on a much better logic for the bot.
