173ac is the latest AL so GM need more

players should buy 10m ec to refund cost of files
estimated active players number on server - 1000 - I doubt for more (let say all buy ec, just for example)
each player has to spend 100$ once to refund files
cheap or not? what do you think

So..if this serv want to success..and get EU and USA players..it should make changes..i would put exp x1000 and drop&gold x3000 and make it with shrine/abs gear, OR without anything..by that i mean, no HH, no abs and shrine gear,..i would leave cf realms, lv6 stones, res ring stones, cloacks, wings, max lv99, normal uniques(maybe i would leave 0/3 ones but no int/glo/bril/exc)..here u go..i told u what are good things to do. Make whatever u want, but without these things serv will fail like justac

They don't need outside players. There are big spenders in China. What I hear was the new server was partly owned/ operated by Taiwanese.
