Not banned, but error message

I cannot access main account I use, or backup account that I never cheated on.

I'm getting this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] all 4 server types fail

Is the cause known? Fix?

If it goes away I'll edit this thread and say.

Try a custom Launcher...
