can someone clarify me because some of my friends say that if i get 5% bonus damage from like virgo map and 7% bonus damage from cancer, first i will have 5% bonus damage and then when this damage time will end the 7% will start...is this true?

I got damage from cancer and then from virgo.
When 7% expired i got downgraded to 5%
