It's a Point Blank Area of effect Damage over time spell that is unblockable, found on the primary fire tanker power set and seems to hit 2-3times per second for 12-13 damage. When it hits you literally just see solid line of damage above their head till they either die, run away or power ends. All I do then is relure them back into my aura of fire and start burning again, usually no villain survives more then two hits.
