So many private servers?

Hello,

I haven't been very active for a while but I have recently been noticing A LOT of private servers, I am kind of confused though because last I heard Bigpoint were taking down the private servers, how come now they just keep going and don't get shut down?

All the pservers creators should just make a big private server , that has everything

Impossible.

Because all the developers know, at some point will the weakest link backstap them all and release/sell the others work to highest bidder.
Also by human nature, will someone always try to become the alpha. And be dominating or at-least try to and do all they can to achieve it

Also in the past couple of months has conflicts burst into flames, this is also so a reason for no trust.

yeah , we are having problems with bigpoint I have a inssue of bigpoint ..
but i think in less 1 week i can solve it and go up OneUltimate :D

Lol... just take a look at swf files, they're all from BP.

Actually the main legal point, and way more obvious violation, are the art design/ graphics which are in 99,9 % straight copied from the official DarkOrbit.
