Chat restriction doesn't equal Ranked restriction. Only players with ranked restriction will be banned from season rewards.

I like his idea, and I think he meant he plays the Ranked Restriction games, to get rid of the restriction in exchange of boosts.

Every single one guy with chat restrictions from now one wont be able to play ranked until his restrictions lifted.

It was only chat before, but now in addition to chat blocks you have to play your amount of games in normal draft to start playing rankeds again AND you WILL decay from your ranked league for the time you wont be able to play ranked, so IMO if some guy with challenger/master tier will get like 250 ranked restricted game it would come in handy if somebody will play at his account normals while he is not able to cus he will DECAY out of challenger etc

Yea you totally got my idea

Give an overly toxic elobooster your account while you work on his restrictions? Sounds like an awesome plan because after he is finished with your boost you can work on your own restrictions !
Btw. only the worst of the worst will not get season rewards.

I can understand that danger of such an offer, but i hope we will not ruin eachother accounts just to be in solidarity ;) In my opinion if i found somebody with a lot of ranked restictions who is willing to get rid of them he would understand his fault about toxicity + he will be playing not at his account so he wont be butthurting much about loses + im not requesting a lot of ranked games and less games means less curses + i will ask him to use /mute all every game. And from the my side i already found the way to play every game without anything close to toxicity so that wont be a problem. I can also give him mid elo account to duo boost me instead OR if he will be boosting some his job he can get me as a duo with that boosted account for some games.

Thats not true. They said only the BEST of the worst will get the rewards, the ones that wll improve their behavior at the time between getting restricted and the end of season.
