hi i have a EP 6 PS Game exe, i want to change the level cap , but the hex codes from here in elite dont work, ive tried this, is it another codes for ep 6 ps game exe to change the level?

Download CheatEngine, watch a few tutorials for it. Then download OllyDBG watch a few more tutorials on reversing.
Once you've done those, use your new found knowledge to the best of your abilities and you'll find those hex codes without any problems (or the addresses to edit level cap)

Try google, youtube. I don't think there are any tutorials of the sort here on epvp.
