"Say" in Right Click Menu of a player

Go to _Interface\WndCommunication.cpp

Search for :

Remplace this line :

And ofc don't forgot to define "__CLICK_TCHAT_SAY" in Versioncommon.h

This is usefull if you edit it , like adding Ban or Mute to GMs without writing it in the chat , because some people have names like " llllllIIIIIlllllllllii|||||||||"
