Hello, I would like to know what is the server on émultations Nostale I have my LOCAL server, but I see that it lacks many things (cards Specialists, the class changes, and others), I'd like to know how to change the name of the NPC, and dialogues.

emulate a private server of nostale is always in dev ? or it's outdated ?
