sro_client error - wont start up

i was doing a desktop clean up yesterday, moving folders and files around and i might have messed something up - im thinking directory of sorts, i could be wrong as i am no expert. it had no problem starting up before.

i've tried searching the forums for the same error, i've changed the compatibility(im on win7 if that helps), running as admin, i've tried disabling antivirus, restarting the computer, I've even tried to redownloading the entire pserver files and having the launcher download all the updates over again and yet i still get the same error - it shows some random symbols then error (10) so i'll just call it error 10

ok there are certain PC that require any direct connection type games to be located on the C: drive only . try moving the whole folder to > C:Program Files or directly on C:
and see if that dont fix it , hope that helps

okay so that fixed the error that shows up but all that happens now is that when i try to launch client, the screen blinks and then nothing happens. sooo close.

i have the same problem when i press start nothing happen game keep in start mode and no sro client open
