[HELP] How to add Set Effect ?

Can someone help me to clear how to Add stat effect? ex. Fashion set .
I can see the set effects in propItemEtc.inc but i don't know how to add item on the list to make the item with set effect.

X = 5 Parts for X stats
X = Effect + ??
X = DST Effect
X = propItemEtc.txt.txt
X = Set ID
X = Define of the items for this set
X = Slot (PARTS_CAP, PARTS_UPPER_BODY, PARTS_HAND, PARTS_FOOT etc...)

What if the set is not yet in the propItemEtc.Inc ? how can I add it ? thanks in advance :D

Just look at his post make a random SetItem ID and define your item

example :

SetItem 999 xMEHER_MEHER

xMEHER_MEHER1
xMEHER_MEHER2
xMEHER_MEHER3
xMEHER_MEHER4

and here effects ...

That's all and nothing to change? only edit in propItemEtc.inc? :D sorry last question hehe tyvm :D

Just copy and Paste
Change the Number
Change the II_..... PART_HAT or RING, etc..
Just look at SpecItem
