I was trying to add a new effect in cq_action , and I found that should be in
cq_special_status
my question how can I know those ids

154 - Cursed effect
155 – Top Effect
156 – Champion Effect
174 – Polymorph
24 – Strange thing
17 – Sneak
14 – Invisible
15 –Trap Effect
??
and how to add a new one ?

You have to match it with your client, so that (example) id 555 matches in client with this effect.
