If you wanna play Avabel online and on your Smartphone / Tablet it wont work, play it on ur laptop / PC =)!
first u need to download the programm of genymotion.com and make an account there!
Install it after Press on connect type your login of ur reg. then u need to Add on the upper and chose version 4.3 and the next u chose Google Nexus 7 2013.
