Notebook - I can not play any server

Anyone know why I can not play, I push start so far so ok, then it does not pass, the bar is frozen game.
I'm trying to play on my Notebook acer i3 4GB win 7 32x.

Check DEP.

Turn DEP for your Launcher
How to:
Right Click Computer > Props > Advanced System Setting > Advanced Tab > Performance Setting > Data Execution Prevention > Choose Turn On DEP for all programs and services .... > Add > Your Launcher > Ok > Then Restart If Asked

Since he didn't know cuz probably if i had this first thing i would try before asking was DEP, i though he doesnt even know whats DEP so ye
