aimboter or not ?

Hello guys,

what do you think all about this player, is he a fair player or not ? and if he's using a program, what's the name of this programm that he use? if anyone can figure it out i would be pleasure, the link is below.

All i can see there is unlocked fps but not sure if it's an aimbot or no.

That's not unlocked FPS, that's just an issue with CO. It happens with most screen recorders; Xfire, CamStudio, Fraps, Game Cam, etc., they just make the client display wrong FPS.
