[Help]Hp bar

I had stared to a make new server , but I faced some problem and hope you guys can help me to fix it :)

First how to visible the hp bar that should be seen upper the head of players or monsters ?

Second how to make the max level is 150 ?

Third what's the Necro effect name , the black smoke one

Forth and final how to make pet born automatically with gifts ?

you can find your "gift id`s" in the table cq_talenttype
