How to change a skill?

Is there any way to change a skill with IDM or something?

Use an ID Changer then put the old skill, next the new skill id which will be the one you pick off an id list. Save with IDM then load it

You can't o3o because you need at least 1 skill and 1 weapon in order to start/ready :/
