HELP AgBot ProblemÖ I need AgInstaller!!!

I googled about 1,5h and didnt find anz link where i could download aginstaller there is only 1 link and its not longer functional!
So pls post a Link where i could download that installer coz my agbot dont start on Windows 7!!!
