FPS drop after alt+tab

Sometimes my game goes from 60 fps to 10-20 fps after i alt tabbed.
i have the lowest settings possible and after soem more alt tabs it still doesnt get better :/ anyone experienced this or has a solution?

same here ,i guess its cpu and gpu problems ... :(
