What is needed to avoid this? Changing ID harddrive, MAC adress, ID processor clearing of regedit?

Your*

A hardware ban does not always Ban your MAC ID of your Network Adapter.
A Hardware ID is mostly an MD5 hash of mutliple Hardware components.
Many lazy developer just use a predefined struct of the WinAPI.
