Looking for a team to make the server work this time!

Hello, my name is João Victor Bitu and this is my first time posting here. man
So, as few of you guys may know, rappelz used to have a oficial Brazillian server (my country) but It went down due to (ONLY) bad administration and no concern to marketing at all.
We still have many players that would like to play in a server for Brazillians only and we are atm the problem is, the server is veeeeeeeeeeeeeery fucked up.

I see a lot of potential and I'm great when it comes to marketing and bringing many players to the server.

I'm looking for developers that are interested in this project. the game should be 8.1 and never going pass that. If anyone would like to join me it would be great, if not, I'd like to know how do I make my own server.

The server in topic is not mine, its just one from Brazil that I'm playing. Due to the reason of been very fucked up I'm looking for people to make another onde, or at least clear instructions on how to do it.

To make it public you just change the lines I posted in the help thread yesterday to your external IP and open your ports in the advanced firewall and router and make your server accessible to the internet.

The ports that are used commonly in the guide are...

4504
4615
4617
8841

If you don't know anything about server security you better take a look at the tools and guides thread, I think there is a special post linked from there, and don't come crying to me later.
