problem with jin in GCPH

Anyone help please cause im dealing with a folder named JIN.exe in my GC folder...............

how could that be? jin's not yet next to come

hehehehe someone give advice... should i delete it or not?

delete it .. "jin.exe" does not exist in any GC PH folder
