I have a problem when I try to change rewards. I only can exchange IP 1 or 2 times and website stops working and I need to refresh to exchange 1 or 2 times more. Anyone has a solution for that?

Keep trying, the rewards page is shit currently so it will take some tries to redeem your rewards.
