On-Screen usefull messages (verbose)

Well here it is. The first verbose on-screen systemmsg-e.dat file

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

To use ensure you have your system folder patched with the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] patch, then just copy and overwrite the file inside it.

Patched with what from dstuff? can u be more specific? also does it displaying Damage like in this video?
