Refferal bug? Please help

So i bought 150 reffs and they are arriving, but the problem is i am getting my rp (20k in total) but im not getting an IP (40K in total). It says 0 ip earned and i did not redeem any. If anyone could explain this please help me! :(

It says how much IP you've earned from redeeming.

You've redeemed 0 IP, so everything is ok.
