[VB.NET] Can someone help me in Metin2 ?

Hi guys,
Sorry for bad english first :(

Im started to make Metin2 PvP hacks with "WriteReadProcessMemory" function in VB.Net.

I used CE for this.

I can fix attack speed in CE
But I cant fix in VB.NET
Because in CE there is an opcode :/
I cant change the opcode with WriteProcessMemory

How can I do that
