Water Walkthrough?

I got a question,

Is there a way I can remove/rename a file so it makes it so I'm able to walk through water of any kind? or Delete the water out of my game files?

If so.. let me know, ty ;)

get kwe (or any other kcm editor with brush) and hf
or rename one map over the water but dont forgot the rename protection
