What packet editors are u using?

Hey, i wanna ask u about Packet editing.
Like what editors are u using and are there any good tutorials on it?
WPE dosint seem to work on 2moons.
And i wanna see what i could do with packet sending.

So as i was saying before, any good editors or tuts around?

wireshark is not bad.
we use it at university to see packets form SPS-Systems.

WPE works on EVERYTHING that use internet, you just have to set it up so that it would catch 2.0 packets, not just 1.1.
You can do it by going to View --> Option --> Winsock 2.0 --> Tick all checkboxes .

Ok no... WPE, WireShark, Etherel or anything else will not work i will guarentee it. The packets that you recieve from those are encrypted. So you will have to make your own packet logger hooking the recv(), WSARecv(), send(), and WSASend() fuctions to filter the raw packets. Then backtrace the recv function to see the decryption of the packets and then you can build your own logger from there

long ago when i was trying learn more about packet editing etc..i had found it here

good tutorial for start...
but think thats not even like 5% of what is involved..... :(

I would recommend you use this to decrypt packets... The packets are encrypted by default.

This was originally made for DK-EU, but I think it should work for 2moons too...
