Wurst source taskbar v19

i got a problem with taskbar.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i can use #1 anytime i want while #2 is on cooldown process is there anyone here know how to fix this kind of problem?

number 1 icon is this: icon_ActionSkill.dds

and this is also a problem with virtuos source :)

make cooldown server side

can you teach me. how to do it?
