where can i find the fukin NPC to exchange my daevanion items from cloth to chain. i'm simply sick of clicking every npc in pandemonium and finding nothing :rtfm::mad::confused:

You cannot change the tier of the armor. Cloth will stay cloth and chain will be chain. No way to change it.

you can change the piece and kind of armor. as elyos the npc for that is in the elyseum right hand rear of the building.
dunno about asmo though
after some searching it looks like asmo change quest is bugged
