Is that the russian version? If so, how do you know it isn't patched for NA? Since the date you did this is the 3rd of September.

the version is not important in this test, i did start the archeage.exe with parameters. normally he would say: "Archeage can't be run on a Virtual Machine" or so.

Alright, good to know. I just know that a couple hacks worked in RU while the were already patched in NA alpha.

this is'nt a hack its a legal way to open the game several times.
you just modified the Register from the Virtual Machine + add some infos.

I did all this last night, but am at work right now. Has anyone tried it today with na/eu open beta?

I can get hackshield to load about a quarter of the way before it redirects me to trions support page. It says to delete my asc folder, restart, and then update HS. I did all this and am still getting the same error.

Yea, this appears to not work as I just tried and did everything instructed to a T.
Once the hack shield logo drops, the Trion website is brought up with the AA process dying.

I only added
monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "true"
to the vmx and I modify the key to : NVidia 5500
(not blank)

Can you post screenshots of your regedit and vmx file. I am still getting the same error, but I know long have the blank driverdesc. The whole things is gone from regedit.

Any ideas on how I can get that back?

i would just reinstall the windows ;D
instead of the whole vmx options i posted he just added the line
monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "true"
on the end of the vmx file.

That is what I figured. I am making a new virtual machine right now, and starting over fresh. I am a little worried about the driverdecr though as I no longer see that in regedit. I am wondering if I accidentally deleted it originally, instead of changing the value to show empty.

you need to go this way
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Class/{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}/0000"
if you click on the 0000 u will see on the right side DriverDesc
