For now you can just make the downloads.

server online?? do we actually need to download the full client?... or patch our old odin client version?

use the full client if you have good connection to download.
use the patch if you dont have a good internet

but the best one is full client.

Guess you don't have Arc installed on your computer.
I took this from my Arc folder: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Maybe it helps if you put it in the BoI folder or the Bin folder or maybe in the System32, anyway, won't guarantee that it helps.

full client have all files unpacked and free to edits for the future.

patch only have the important things, like ingame text and such
