how can I put gems on other desings and when admiral cannons will be able to buy?

You must take the Gems first away from a ship, then you can put your Gems to the design you want to have them on.

2/1, 7/4, 17/1 go to left side of map(for example 00 AG) and press change map.
5/1, 12/2 go to right side of map (60 AG) and press change map.
after 15 sec you will teleport to special map, where you can change/upgrade your gems.
