Private Server Cooldown,UG Hack--etc?

Well,i tried Cooldown with CE,but it says Cannot open proces..Artmoney doesnt work too..
And,i tried Noor-L,winmm.dll,but game always find a "hack"...i saw some others using Cooldown thunder storm,and UG hack...So,can anybody help .?

nothin is public for year 2009+ or since kocp 11 came out but for gbl there are some tricks

so you should check what security your server has and then look up in this usefull forum
