I was recently scammed and my referrals weren't done, I'm looking to buy 100 referalls for $30, but from someone who can start right away.

All the responses I got are WITH QUEUE, lol! Still waiting for someone without queue.

Referrals aren't instant. You need time to level them up and it takes a bit more time for league to register.

It's not what I'm saying. People who have responded have a queue time to START doing my reffs, I know how the system works thanks for posting :P

im pretty sure op just meant exactly what he wrote. He wants to buy refs from someone who can start them right now. Not sure how else you can explain it, but right now means right now. It's not hard to understand.
