I was wondering why there's no option where i can limit who can see my thread, some people don't deserve to see some specific content maybe i want to share it with people who really contribute to the community not those leachers who steal content and forget about credits..

Yeah, I think creating your own group might be a good option, if you want to zone in on a particular group of friends/people or a particular theme.

I'm sorry, but I'm also going to say no. I don't see how this idea could be refined to be relevant to the community. We already have private sections and groups that members can post to. If your underground section is dead, maybe it's time to refresh its member list.
