Paypal limited my account and not responding on emails

Hello guys,

I just want to ask if any of you had this experience with paypal. They limited my paypal account and I had to send them proof of address. I did it and then they said I also have to resolve the negative balance on my second account and then, they will unlimit my account again. So I wrote an email to them, that they can transfer my money from main account to one with negative balance. They replied it will take 24-48 hours. Now after more than 5 days, nothing happened, my account is still limited. I wrote an email to them 2 days ago and I get no respond. I also wrote them facebook and no respond. I've got around 300€ on paypal and I'm in big worry what's going on and if I see my money again. I always got a respond from them in 24 hours, but now it seems they don't even want to reply me :(

After sending them 3 EMAILS, 1 FACEBOOK MESSAGE, they finally replied me AFTER 9 DAYS. I don't care now it was so long, I'm happy I'll see my money again :))))))))))))))))))

Sorry to hear your story.
You can try to keep on emailing them, to the customer service team, feedback or complaint mailbox.
They should answer the customer in 24 hours.

Call them by phone. They normally pick up really fast.

Phone, E-Mail, Facebook.

Try not to spam them but if you see they won't answer in 1-2 days send a new message

I emailed them 3 days ago, no response, so I've sent another email today, I also wrote them on facebook and after like 30 hours no response even on facebook. If they won't answer before Monday, I'll call them, but I'm not very good in English when I'm talking and it's hard for me to understand things that other person is saying.
