Can't compile

Hello,
I tried to compile the metin2 source .
When I run this command : gmake -j20 , it is compiling , but with some errors.
In the final , I've got the new game file ( normally with the errors ) , and when I put it in /usr/home/game/share , and when I run sh start.sh , the game is not starting .

Why ? :(
