Api Tool dont work my friend

I have seen one works apit tool one weeks ago.

Everyone have fixxed it since 3-4 years...

Yes, but i know some servers who didn't fix it. (private server,stupid admins)
Unfortunately, my api tool is writting this error:

What is it? Why doesn't work?
