Option level enhancement scroll +1 - +2 - +3

Hello Epvpers
I need some hints to fix it
i saw it working on some BR files and just one vSro sever files (arcane)
i checked the RefobjCommon / RefObjtem
and found nothing that can help
CanUse column in RefObjCommon is 1
it should act like pet't/spirit's Extension scroll they have 129
Should i change it to 129 or something else ?!

In arcane, it was remade... not the one you think it's! Arcane's developer made it again from scratch --- Telling you to know only.

Also I'm going to search in my usb drive for this shit for you, I believe I had it once *in-case I forgot, remind me with a pm*
